Breath of Life


The Breath of Life training program teaches scientifically proven methods and breathing exercises to help you sleep better and to reduce stress and anxiety. It will help you become fitter, healthier and stronger. So you can improve recovery from illness and live more fully with chronic conditions.

The course is an On-Demand Program consisting of 6 sessions, over 5 weeks. The program consists of a combination of lesson videos explaining the science of breathing as well as multiple breathing exercises for each module.

Every breathing exercise is demonstrated and explained in short easy to follow videos.
