  • This 6-week course is crafted to foster growth and expand your capacity to cultivate resilience. Each week, it progressively builds upon foundational knowledge, allowing your to develop a deeper understanding and empowering you to enhance your abilities.

  • This program is a self-pace on demand program. It offers a structured learning experience, with a comprehensive package of lesson videos, audio files, workbooks and exercises. There is also activities to complete between sessions. You are provided with all of the resources needed to succeed!

  • Yes. Our course is based on scientifically proven principles of positive psychology, which aims to support individuals in finding their inner strengths and resilience to overcome challenging times. This program is underpinned by rigorous science and references.

  • This training requires about 15 minutes a day and is most effective when done at home.

  • Positive psychology focuses on using our positive qualities to pursue our ideal life. This does not mean ignoring or denying life’s uncontrollable downsides. Rather, it means that we learn to focus on the things we can control and do so by using our strengths and taking advantage of opportunities.
